At Seed to Sanctuary, our work begins with the soil but extends far beyond the garden. Every seedling we grow is part of a vision for sustainability, community, and compassion. By encouraging people to grow their own food and nurture the land, we also honour the deep connection between nature, people, and animals.

A core part of that mission is giving back to the animals who have given us so much. That’s why we are proud to support Baladi Sled Dog Rescue of Ontario (BSDRO) — the organization that rescued our beloved Gemma and Graham. Their dedication to saving and rehabilitating so many animals has touched our lives in a very personal way, and inspired us to include rescue support as part of our foundation.

Through Seed to Sanctuary, 20% of profits from every seedling sale are donated to BSDRO. When you preorder your plants with us, you’re not only helping your garden thrive — you’re also helping local animals find safety, care, and second chances.
