By placing an order with Seed to Sanctuary, you agree to our shop policies. Orders are confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received. Pickup and delivery dates are communicated by email. As our products are live plants, availability may vary — in rare cases, we may need to substitute or refund an item if it doesn’t thrive.
