🌱 Plant Details

• Heirloom variety with beautiful pink-rose outer layers
• Sweet, aromatic flavor ideal for roasting, grilling, or fresh use
• Excellent storage onion — cures and keeps for months
• Medium to large bulbs with firm, uniform shape

☀️ Growing Info

• Full sun (6–8 hours daily)
• Prefers loose, well-drained, fertile soil
• Space seedlings 4–6” apart in rows 12–18” apart
• Harvest when tops fall and begin to dry
• Cure in a warm, dry place before storing

🌸 Companion Planting

• Pairs well with carrots, beets, lettuce, and tomatoes
• Repels pests like aphids and spider mites
• Avoid planting near beans or peas
